The Ultrasonic Bath 150L is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning of larger items that can fit into the ultrasonic bath reservoir.

For ultrasonic cleaning of items, parts, or assemblies. Thanks to its ideal reservoir proportions and powerful ultrasonic generator, it is considered one of the most economical ultrasonic baths, as it requires a small amount of ultrasonic cleaning detergent during use.

The depth of the reservoir in this ultrasonic bath is 400 mm, which allows cleaning of larger items. This ultrasonic bath is equipped with a heater with an adjustable thermostat and a valve for draining liquids from the reservoir. Heating the solution reduces the degassing time of ultrasonic cleaning detergents in the ultrasonic bath itself. Prior to the degassing process, air molecules in the solution significantly affect the propagation of ultrasonic waves. Undegassed liquid can reduce the propagation of ultrasonic waves by up to 50%. The best performance of our concentrated ultrasonic cleaning detergents is achieved at temperatures up to 45 degrees.

The Ultrasonic Bath 150L is also characterized by its high effective ultrasonic power, which is calculated according to the volume of the ultrasonic bath reservoir. Powerful ultrasonic generators and piezoelectric transducers ensure even distribution and the necessary density of ultrasonic waves, which thoroughly clean all surfaces of the items during ultrasonic cleaning.

The power of the ultrasonic bath directly influences the cleaning speed, thereby saving resources, and with proper use, the ultrasonic bath has a lifespan of approximately 3000 working hours.
Depending on the level of contamination, the estimated ultrasonic cleaning time with this ultrasonic bath ranges from 15 to 20 minutes.
