Ultrasonic Tank 90L is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning of larger items that can fit into the ultrasonic tank reservoir. It is intended for use in the industry, for ultrasonic cleaning of objects, parts, or assemblies. Thanks to the ideal proportions of the tank and powerful ultrasonic generators, it is considered one of the most economical ultrasonic tanks, as it uses a small amount of ultrasonic cleaning detergent.

The depth of the reservoir of this ultrasonic tank is 380mm, allowing for cleaning larger items. This ultrasonic tank is equipped with a heater with an adjustable thermostat and a drain valve for fluid disposal from the tank. Heating the solution shortens the degassing time of ultrasonic cleaning solutions. Before the degassing process, air molecules in the solution significantly affect the spread of ultrasonic waves. Undegassed liquid can reduce the spread of ultrasonic waves by up to 50%. The best effect of our concentrated ultrasonic cleaning detergents is achieved at temperatures up to 45°C.

High effective ultrasonic power, which is calculated according to the volume of the ultrasonic tank reservoir. Powerful ultrasonic generators and piezoelectric transducers ensure uniform propagation and necessary density of ultrasonic waves, which thoroughly clean all surfaces of the objects during ultrasonic cleaning. The power of the ultrasonic tank directly affects the cleaning speed, thus saving the resources of the ultrasonic tank, which, with proper use, lasts up to 3000 operating hours.

Depending on the level of contamination of the objects, the estimated ultrasonic cleaning process time with this ultrasonic tank ranges from 15 to 20 minutes.
