Ultrasonic testing and cleaning fuel injectors (MPI,GDI,FSI,TFSI…)

About the product

Based on the needs that have arisen in the market, and considering that we are manufacturers of devices for ultrasonic cleaning of electromagnetic fuel injectors (MPI,GDI,FSI,TFSI…), we offer testing and cleaning services for fuel injectors to individuals and legal entities. We have the most advanced equipment, years of experience, and all necessary expert knowledge.

Before ultrasonic cleaning, we perform testing of the injectors through the following tests:

• Test of electromagnetic injector circuit
• Leakage test
• Spray pattern test
• Flow rate test

Testing of electromagnetic injector circuit involves measuring the following parameters: resistance of the electromagnetic coil and current flowing through the injector during activation with the appropriate electrical pulse.

Leakage test: The injector is pressurized between 3.2 and 6 bar, without electrical activation, and the injector needle is in the off position. For a period of 3 minutes, we observe whether there is any uncontrolled leakage of fluid.

Spray pattern test: Performed when the injector is connected to a tester and ultrasonic cleaner. During this test, the injectors are stimulated to simulate different vehicle operating modes, and the appearance of the spray pattern of the liquid passing through the injector is visually monitored.

Flow rate test: Performed on the tester and ultrasonic cleaner, with optional engine simulation ranging from 900 to 6000 rpm, and pulse duration of 1 to 14ms.

During testing, a test sheet is filled out for each injector individually, after which ultrasonic cleaning is performed.

After ultrasonic cleaning, the injectors are retested and the parameters are compared before and after cleaning. The client will receive a test sheet for all injectors. If the O-ring seals, washers, or filters are damaged, they can be replaced with new ones.

If an injector is mechanically damaged or its parameters deviate from the prescribed ones even after cleaning, we recommend replacement of the injector.
For each service, you will receive a test report, ultrasonic cleaning report, test sheet, and invoice.

Conditions for providing the service:

• The client must personally or via express mail deliver the electromagnetic fuel injectors removed from the vehicle (we do not perform removal of injectors from vehicles).
• Injectors must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport (we do not take responsibility for damage during transport from the client to us).
• Service is provided within 24 hours of receiving the injectors.

• Testing and ultrasonic cleaning of three injectors: 1200 RSD
• Testing and ultrasonic cleaning of four injectors: 1500 RSD
• Testing and ultrasonic cleaning of six injectors: 2000 RSD
• Testing and ultrasonic cleaning of eight injectors: 2400 RSD

• Testing and ultrasonic cleaning of three injectors: 5000 RSD
• Testing and ultrasonic cleaning of four injectors: 6000 RSD
