Completely safe, reliable, and efficient device designed to digitally stimulate and simulate the operation of gasoline electric injectors during ultrasonic cleaning in an ultrasonic tank, ensuring injector operation outside the engine assembly.

The device simulates engine operation in the range of 900 to 6200 RPM

The device simulates engine operation in the range of 900 to 6200 RPM, with the duration of the injector pulse opening increasing linearly from 2 to 18 milliseconds.

Based on the resistance of the electromagnetic coil in the gasoline injectors, they can be divided into two basic groups:

  • Low resistance and
  • high resistance.

Low resistance injectors have a coil resistance value from 1 to 10 ohms, while high resistance injectors have a coil resistance value from 10 to 25 ohms.

The simulated engine RPM value is displayed on the main LED screen

While the pulse duration value can be read on the auxiliary bar graph display. By turning the potentiometer, the RPM simulation value is set. The electronic circuit, depending on the resistance, the current flowing through the injectors, and the simulated RPM, calculates and determines the optimal pulse duration and modulates the signal.

Connecting the injectors to the device

On the right side of the device, there are two SUB D15 connectors through which the injectors are connected to the device using universal cables (included with the device). The device is also equipped with a current limiter to protect the device from short circuits.
