Simulator for Ultrasonic Cleaning of Pressure Regulators CR-1

The Digital Simulator CR-1 is designed to trigger the pressure regulator of common rail systems during ultrasonic cleaning. The simulator generates an appropriate electrical impulse with adjusted voltage, frequency, and duration, which activates the pressure regulator and allows it to operate outside the engine assembly, or outside the vehicle.

This device is essential for ultrasonic cleaning of the pressure regulator because it enables fluid circulation through the regulator and ensures that the regulator’s channel is filled with cleaning fluid. Since ultrasonic waves propagate exclusively through liquids and not through air, if the pressure regulator is not operating during ultrasonic cleaning, the cleaning effect will not be achieved. As a result, the regulator’s channel will remain dirty as it was before cleaning.
