The flow rate test is performed with optional simulation of engine operation, in the range of 800 to 6000 RPM, with pulse duration from 1 to 18 ms. Depending on the needs, the device allows testing from one to four injectors simultaneously.

The device is equipped with a pump and an electronic pressure regulator, which allows the user to adjust the working fluid pressure in the system within a range of 2 to 5 bar. It features connectors and cables for connecting the injectors, through which the injector excitation is performed during testing and ultrasonic cleaning.

The LED backlight, with adjustable angle, provides better visibility of the injector spray pattern. After testing, the calibrated measuring cylinders are automatically emptied. The manifold is made of brass and is connected to the hoses with quick connectors, and all materials are galvanized. The device is made of high-quality steel sheet, protected from corrosion with electrostatically applied plastic coating.

The device kit also includes brass reducers for connecting nearly all types of injectors from European and Japanese manufacturers.
