DPF FLASH cleaner – for machine cleaning of DPF filters

Is a modern exhaust system component used in diesel engines to capture soot and particulate matter generated by the incomplete combustion of diesel fuel. Soot deposits in the DPF filter accumulate as a result of regular driving, especially in urban conditions. Typically, the DPF filter undergoes a regeneration process every 1,000 km to remove these deposits. However, when the filter becomes saturated with soot, it can become clogged, leading to reduced exhaust gas flow, increased pressure in the exhaust system, loss of engine power, activation of the limited RPM mode, and potential damage to engine components.

By using DPF FLASH for machine-based cleaning, soot and other impurities are effectively removed from DPF filter components, which are often made of composite materials, ceramics (such as silicon carbide), and metal fibers.

• Seal one side of the DPF filter with a plug.
• On the other side, pour 0.4 to 0.5 liters of concentrated DPF FLASH VABcleaner.
• Depending on the DPF filter’s volume, add 3 to 5 liters of water at a temperature between 50˚C and 70˚C until the filter is filled with the solution.
• Wait for 30 minutes for the solution to work.
• Afterward, remove the plug and drain the solution from the DPF filter.
• The filter is now ready to be connected to a pressurized water washing device.
