PCB-1 cleaner – for ultrasonic cleaning of printed circuit boards

PCB-1Cleaner is a highly concentrated solution of active substances, specially developed for ultrasonic cleaning – washing of new PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards). In accordance with its specific purpose, it does not reduce the propagation of ultrasonic waves and ensures maximum efficiency in ultrasonic cleaning.

Cleaning new printed circuit boards before and after assembly, soldering of components, or after treatment in tinning baths.

Contaminants, grease, solder paste residues, SMD adhesive, and flux are effectively removed from the PCB.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Prepare a solution of PCB-1Cleaner and water (deionized or demineralized) in a concentration of 3% to 7%. Pour the solution into the ultrasonic bath, immerse the PCB being cleaned, heat it to a temperature of 40˚C to 60˚C, and begin the ultrasonic cleaning process. Replace the solution when it becomes cloudy and repeat the process. After ultrasonic cleaning, rinse the treated item with water (deionized or demineralized) and dry it.
