PCB-2 cleaner – for ultrasonic cleaning of printed circuit boards

PCB-2Cleaner is a highly concentrated solution of active substances, specially developed for ultrasonic cleaning – washing. In accordance with its specific purpose, it does not reduce the propagation of ultrasonic waves and ensures maximum efficiency in ultrasonic washing.

Cleaning used PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) that already have components soldered onto them. It is suitable for cleaning PCBs that have been exposed to negative atmospheric influences (moisture, dust, etc.), which can lead to the oxidation of tracks, accumulation of dust, grease, and other contaminants.

Prepare a solution of PCB-2Cleaner and water (deionized or demineralized) in a concentration of 3% to 7%. Pour the solution into the ultrasonic bath, immerse the PCB being cleaned, heat it to a temperature of 40˚C to 60˚C, and begin the ultrasonic cleaning process. Replace the solution when it becomes cloudy and repeat the process. After ultrasonic cleaning, rinse the treated item with water (deionized or demineralized) and dry it.
