Ultrasonic line for washing, rinsing, and drying

In accordance with the client’s technical requirements, a technological line with multiple purpose-specific sections can be manufactured

“The power design of ultrasonic cassettes and generators is carried out based on the volume of the section and the surface area exposed to ultrasound. By performing an optimal calculation of ultrasonic power, adequate power per unit area is ensured, with uniform distribution across the treated surfaces.

The dimensions of the ultrasonic sections are designed in accordance with the client’s requirements and provide the necessary conditions for ultrasonic cleaning of items.

This section is intended for rinsing items and neutralizing any residual solution used in the ultrasonic cleaning section. The rinsing section following ultrasonic cleaning can be equipped with a sufficient number of inlets for supplying either purified deionized water or municipal water, depending on the requirements of the item’s treatment process.

It is designed for drying items by means of warm air flow, after they have been previously ultrasonic cleaned and rinsed with clean water.

These devices can be equipped with filtration systems for the working solution to remove oily and other mechanical impurities. Depending on the requirements of the technological process, the devices can be fitted with various filter groups of different fineness levels. High-quality circulation pumps with industrial-grade impellers ensure the circulation of the working solution through the filter groups and the return of the purified solution back to the ultrasonic section.

Industrial-grade components are used for device control, which operate according to specially developed algorithms to manage the operation and technological process. The automation system is designed in accordance with the client’s requirements and can be implemented either via PLCs with touch-screen interfaces or through logic circuits with appropriate push buttons.

For lifting work platforms carrying items to be cleaned, ultrasonic technological lines can be equipped with pneumatic lifts of various load capacities.
