It features a digital timer with adjustable operating time of up to 100 minutes, a heater, and a digital temperature controller with liquid temperature regulation up to 60º C. The internal capacity of the tank is 120 liters. The device has a modern design and fits easily into any environment. This model is made entirely of stainless steel (AISI 316L).

The Ultrasonic Bath 120L is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning of larger items that can fit into the ultrasonic bath reservoir.

The Ultrasonic Bath 120L is designed for industrial applications to clean items, parts, or assemblies. Thanks to its ideal reservoir proportions and powerful ultrasonic generators, it is considered one of the most economical ultrasonic baths, as it requires a small amount of detergent for ultrasonic cleaning.

The depth of the bath reservoir is 380 mm, which allows for cleaning larger items. This ultrasonic bath is equipped with heaters with adjustable thermostats and a valve for draining liquids from the reservoir. Heating the solution reduces the degassing time of detergent solutions for ultrasonic cleaning in the ultrasonic bath. Before the degassing process, air molecules in the solution significantly affect the propagation of ultrasonic waves. Undegassed liquid can reduce the propagation of ultrasonic waves by up to 50%. The best performance of our concentrated ultrasonic cleaning detergents is achieved at temperatures up to 45 degrees.

The Ultrasonic Bath 120L also features high effective ultrasonic power calculated according to the bath reservoir’s volume. The powerful ultrasonic generator and piezoelectric transducers ensure even distribution and the necessary intensity of ultrasonic waves that thoroughly clean all surfaces of the items being cleaned. The power of the ultrasonic bath directly impacts the cleaning speed, thus saving the resources of the ultrasonic bath, which, with proper use, can last up to 3000 operating hours.

Depending on the degree of contamination, the estimated ultrasonic cleaning time with this ultrasonic bath is from 15 to 20 minutes.
