It features a digital timer with adjustable operating time of up to 100 minutes, a heater, and a digital temperature controller with liquid temperature regulation up to 60º C. The internal capacity of the tank is 180 liters. The device has a modern design and fits easily into any environment. This model is made entirely of stainless steel (AISI 316L).

The Ultrasonic Bath 180L is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning of larger items that can fit into the ultrasonic bath reservoir.

This ultrasonic bath is intended for industrial use, designed for cleaning larger items, parts, or assemblies. Thanks to its ideal reservoir proportions and powerful ultrasonic generators, it is considered one of the most economical ultrasonic baths, as it requires only a small amount of ultrasonic cleaning detergent during use.

The depth of the reservoir in this ultrasonic bath is 400 mm, which allows cleaning of larger items. The ultrasonic bath is also equipped with a valve for draining liquids from the reservoir. Heating the solution reduces the degassing time of ultrasonic cleaning detergents in the ultrasonic bath itself. Before the degassing process, air molecules in the solution significantly affect the propagation of ultrasonic waves. Undegassed liquid can reduce the propagation of ultrasonic waves by up to 50%. The best performance of our concentrated ultrasonic cleaning detergents is achieved at temperatures up to 45º C.

The Ultrasonic Bath 180L is characterized by high effective ultrasonic power, calculated according to the volume of the ultrasonic bath reservoir. Powerful ultrasonic generators and piezoelectric transducers ensure even distribution and the necessary density of ultrasonic waves, which thoroughly clean all surfaces of the items during ultrasonic cleaning. The power of the ultrasonic bath directly influences the cleaning speed, thereby saving resources. With proper use, the ultrasonic bath can provide up to 3000 working hours.

Depending on the level of contamination, the estimated ultrasonic cleaning time with this ultrasonic bath ranges from 15 to 30 minutes.
