It features a digital timer with adjustable operating time of up to 100 minutes, a heater, and a digital temperature controller with liquid temperature regulation up to 60º C. The internal capacity of the tank is 57 liters. The device has a modern design and fits easily into any environment. This model is made entirely of stainless steel (AISI 316L).

The tank depth of this ultrasonic bath is 295mm, allowing for the cleaning of larger items. This ultrasonic bath is also equipped with a drain valve for discharging liquid from the tank. Heating the solution reduces the degassing time of detergent solutions used for ultrasonic cleaning. Before the degassing process, air molecules in the solution significantly affect the propagation of ultrasonic waves in the ultrasonic bath. Undegassed liquid can reduce the propagation of ultrasonic waves by up to 50%. The best effect of our concentrated detergents for ultrasonic cleaning is achieved at temperatures up to 45°C.

High effective ultrasonic power, which is calculated according to the tank’s volume. Powerful ultrasonic generators and piezoelectric transducers ensure even propagation and the necessary density of ultrasonic waves, which thoroughly clean all surfaces of the items during ultrasonic cleaning. The power of the ultrasonic bath directly affects the cleaning speed, thus saving the ultrasonic bath’s resources, which, with proper use, can last around 3000 working hours.

Depending on the level of contamination of the items, the estimated ultrasonic cleaning process time with this ultrasonic bath ranges from 15 to 20 minutes.
