The selection of an ultrasonic bath model depends on the user’s needs. The choice of the ultrasonic bath model depends on the size and mass of the item you want to clean ultrasonically. Before choosing the model, you need to measure the dimensions and weight of the largest item you want to clean ultrasonically.
For the maximum dimensions of the item, a few centimeters are always added to allow the item to be easily submerged in the ultrasonic bath tank. When choosing the depth of the tank, you should keep in mind that the item must not rest on the bottom of the ultrasonic bath tank, as this would cause damage. The item is always placed on the mesh, which is a standard part of the ultrasonic bath kit. This mesh keeps the item 1.5 to 2 cm above the bottom of the tank. Also, the tank should not be filled to the top, but 2 cm below the upper edge of the tank. For this reason, it is necessary to add 4 cm to the measured height of the item and select the ultrasonic bath model with an adequate tank depth.
Each model of the ultrasonic bath is designed so that the volume and proportions of the container, as well as the power of the ultrasonic generator, ensure optimal performance of the ultrasonic bath. Unlike many ultrasonic baths available on our market, our ultrasonic baths are intended for professional use, and their manufacturing quality ensures durability and reliability.
The power of the ultrasonic generator affects the speed and quality of cleaning. If the ultrasonic bath is equipped with a weaker generator, it will take significantly more time to clean the items, which will increase the operating resources of the ultrasonic bath. The proper relationship between volume, the power of the ultrasonic generator, and the number of piezo transducers ensures the necessary density and strength of ultrasonic waves, as well as the speed and quality of cleaning.
Many ultrasonic bath sellers, in case of a malfunction during the warranty period, replace the ultrasonic bath with another one, and after the warranty period expires, they do not provide repair options. Often, ultrasonic baths last only as long as the warranty period, and after that, users are forced to buy new ones.
The designed operating resource of our ultrasonic baths is approximately 3000 operating hours, after which they can be repaired, and their working resource is extended like a new device.
Since we are the manufacturers of every component of the ultrasonic bath (printed circuit boards, transformers, dampers, heaters, piezo transducers, housings, etc.), we guarantee service for our devices even after the warranty period.
