Thanks to the ideal proportions of its reservoir and its strong ultrasonic generator, it is considered one of the most economical ultrasonic baths, as only a small amount of detergent is required for ultrasonic washing.

The tank depth of this ultrasonic bath is 200mm, allowing for the cleaning of larger objects. This ultrasonic bath is equipped with a heater with an adjustable thermostat and a drain valve for discharging the fluid from the reservoir. Heating the solution shortens the degassing time of the detergent solution inside the ultrasonic bath. Before the degassing process, air molecules in the solution significantly affect the propagation of ultrasonic waves. Undegassed liquid can reduce the propagation of ultrasonic waves by up to 50%.

The best effect of our concentrated ultrasonic cleaning detergents is achieved at temperatures between 45 to 55ºC.

Depending on the level of contamination, the estimated ultrasonic cleaning time with this ultrasonic bath is between 15 to 20 minutes.
