Thanks to its ideal tank proportions, compact size, and powerful ultrasonic generator, it is considered one of the most economical ultrasonic baths, as only a small amount of ultrasonic cleaning detergent (50 to 100 ml) is required for operation.

The depth of the reservoir in this ultrasonic bath is 150mm, providing the ability to clean larger items. This ultrasonic bath is equipped with a heater and adjustable thermostat. By heating the solution, the degassing time of the ultrasonic cleaning detergent solution in the ultrasonic bath is reduced. Before the degassing process, air molecules in the solution can significantly affect the propagation of ultrasonic waves. Undegassed liquid can attenuate or reduce the propagation of ultrasonic waves by as much as 50%. The best effect of our concentrated ultrasonic cleaning detergents is achieved at solution temperatures of up to 45ºC.

This device also features high effective ultrasonic power, which is calculated based on the volume of the ultrasonic tank. The powerful ultrasonic generator and piezoelectric transducers ensure even distribution and the necessary density of ultrasonic waves, which thoroughly clean all surfaces of the items during ultrasonic washing. The power of the ultrasonic bath directly impacts the cleaning speed, helping to conserve the device’s resources, which, with proper use, can last between 2,500 and 3,000 operational hours.

Depending on the level of contamination of the items, the estimated ultrasonic cleaning time with this ultrasonic bath is between 15 and 20 minutes.
