Professional use. It features a mechanical timer with adjustable operating time up to 30 minutes, a heater, and a thermostat with adjustable temperature control up to 60ºC. The depth of the tank in this ultrasonic bath is 200mm, which allows for ultrasonic cleaning of larger items.

Ultrasonic cleaning of both smaller items (such as jewelry, smaller dental instruments, coins, gasoline injectors, carburetors for trimmers, lawnmowers and scooters, common rail diesel pressure regulators, etc.) and larger items such as: bodies and inserts for common rail diesel injectors, gasoline TSI, GDI, FSI injectors, car carburetors, single-barrel motorcycle carburetors, PCB boards, and many other items that can fit into the ultrasonic bath tank.

Solution homogenization in laboratories and for many other processes where detailed ultrasonic cleaning of surfaces or ultrasonic washing is required. Thanks to its ideal tank proportions and powerful ultrasonic generator, it is considered one of the most economical ultrasonic baths, as it uses a small amount of ultrasonic cleaning detergent (100 to 200 ml) during operation.

Before the degassing process, air molecules are present in the solution, which significantly affects the propagation of ultrasonic waves in the bath. Undegassed liquid can reduce the propagation of ultrasonic waves by more than 50%. The best effect of our concentrated ultrasonic cleaning detergents is achieved at temperatures between 45 to 55ºC.

High effective ultrasonic power, which is calculated according to the tank volume. The powerful ultrasonic generator and piezoelectric transducers ensure uniform propagation and the necessary density of ultrasonic waves, which during ultrasonic cleaning thoroughly clean all surfaces of the items. The ultrasonic bath’s power directly affects the cleaning speed, thus saving the device’s resources, which, with proper use, can last between 2500 and 3000 operating hours.

Depending on the contamination level of the items, the estimated ultrasonic cleaning time with this ultrasonic bath ranges from 15 to 20 minutes.
