Ultrasonic cleaning of both smaller items (such as jewelry, smaller dental instruments, coins, gasoline injectors, carburetors for trimmers, lawnmowers, and scooters, common rail diesel pressure regulators, etc.) and larger items such as: EGR valves, bodies and inserts for common rail diesel injectors, parts of high-pressure pumps, EGR valves, gasoline TSI, GDI, FSI injectors, car carburetors, single-barrel motorcycle carburetors, PCB boards, and many other items that fit within the ultrasonic bath’s tank dimensions.

Solution homogenization in laboratories and for many other processes where detailed ultrasonic cleaning of surfaces or ultrasonic washing is required. Thanks to its ideal tank proportions and powerful ultrasonic generator, it is considered a very economical ultrasonic bath, as it requires a small amount of ultrasonic cleaning detergent (150 to 250 ml).

The depth of the tank in this ultrasonic bath is 150 mm, which allows for the cleaning of larger items.

With a heater and adjustable thermostat. By heating the solution, it reduces the degassing time of the detergent solution in the ultrasonic bath. Before the degassing process, air molecules are present in the solution, which significantly affects the propagation of ultrasonic waves. Undegassed liquid can reduce the propagation of ultrasonic waves by more than 50%. The best effect of our concentrated ultrasonic cleaning detergents is achieved at temperatures between 45 to 55ºC.

High effective ultrasonic power, which is calculated according to the tank volume. The powerful ultrasonic generator and piezoelectric transducers ensure uniform distribution and the required density of ultrasonic waves, which clean all surfaces of items in detail during ultrasonic washing. The power of the ultrasonic bath directly impacts the cleaning speed, thereby saving the device’s resources, which, with proper use, can last from 2500 to 3000 operating hours.

Depending on the degree of contamination of the items, the estimated ultrasonic cleaning time with this ultrasonic bath is between 15 to 20 minutes.
